Do not buy subscriptions !

Do not buy any subscriptions unless you really really really have to.

Having Disney,.. and Netflix,. and Kayo and Uber and Doordash,... and a gym membership forgot about,... maybe you have a magazine subscription you forgot about.

All of these drain your wallet and bank account.

If you are wanting to save money you have go over all of these with a microscope and cancel what ones you are not using.

There is only so much time in a week or a day to get thru all this stuff.

Do not have overpriced super fast internet that you do not use.

As a real world example personally.

I recently cancelled my subscription to Playstation Plus,... it went up 5 or 10 dollars ??? recently. It made me really upset. Because the price of everything goes up and up and the wages remain stagnant.

I still had a few games I had bought bought purchased individually that are always accessible to me. I do miss having physical discs because it means I can play a game and sell it when I am done. If it is all purely digital I cannot sell it...... However I guess somehow you cant damage a digital copy. With a disc you could always accidentally hurt or damage the disc.

PlayStation Just Increased PlayStation Plus Prices

Another example is phones and mobile phone plans. Some people have exorbitant and extortionately high priced phone plans. Shop arround! Have a good look around at all the companies. Go to finder dot com dot au or compare the market or some such comparison site. Choose the cheapest one !

This applies to internet plans as well. People do not shop around enough for the cheapest and or best deal. You need to shop around and look around. Do you really need the fastest internet plan ? DO you really use all the data that they give you ? Please have a look around and find yourself a better deal.

Electricity bills are not a subscription per se,.. But you can shop around there too for a better deal.

Do whatever it takes to get the best deal.

Cancel anything your not using.

IF you are really wanting to be savvy and save your money you need to start looking at where it's going,.. if your using it,.. and whether or not you can get a better deal.
