Packing a lunch

 Here are some yearly figures for what lunch is costing you .

$10 lunch a day over 5 days. = 50    50x48=$ 2,400 a year on a small lunch 

$20 lunch a day over 5 days. $100 .. 100X48= $4,800 per year on a medium lunch

BIG $30 lunch a day over 5 days. $150 a week x 48 weeks... 150X48= $7,200 !! A YEAR ON LUNCH 

((ASSUMING YOU WORK FULL TIME AND WORK 48 WEEKS OF A 52 WEEK YEAR))

1x Coffee a day large size $7. x 5 days =$35·a week   35x48= $1680 on coffee a year

2x Coffees a day large size $7 x 5 days =$70 week.  $3360 a year on coffee a year

Assuming no one has 3 large coffees a day but I am sure there ARE people out there that have 3 large cofffees a day.  3x$7=$21 dollars..... 21x5=105    $105 a week... 105x52=  $5,460 

BONUS ROUND

If I WAS still smoking I would be smoking Marlboro GOLD 25s 

Assuming they are at the moment they are $65 dollars a pack. 

65/25=2.6    $2.6 dollars a smoke .... thats finding 26 cans or bottles to pay for just one smoke !!!!!

Light smoker 1 pack a week.... 65x52=3,380 

Medium smoker 2x packs a week 65x2= $130.     $130x52= $6760 !!!!!

HEAVY SMOKER 3x packs a week 65x3= $195.    195x52= $10140 AUD

Ten thousand one hundred and forty dollars... to heavily smoke,.... 

That is easily.... A really good motorbike..... Or it would be a quite decent tinny boat with a YAMAHA engine ... with REGO .... with a boating licence thrown in and even maybe a trailer!!!

That could be $10000 you could invest...... 

That $10 000 could chip away at any of your student or TAFE or UNi or higher education loans !!
